Scrap Metal Neopixel Conversion Chassis - Important Storefront Update

I am writing to provide an important update on the availability of the Scrap Metal Neopixel Conversion Chassis powered by Proffie V2.2 and Xenopixel V3. The chassis was previously available for purchase using the etsy marketplace. Since my last update TheScavengersHutt etsy shop was suspended without any warning. The etsy shop was in good standing and had no outstanding issues. Without warning and without any communication from etsy the shop was suspended. I submitted an appeal to get the account reactivated and received an auto response essentially saying that the appeal was denied and they would not be providing any information into why the account was suspended. After doing some research into this issue I have noticed that this appears to be a common occurrence. There are subreddits that have long posts detailing suspensions and the suspension appeal process. According to these subreddits the appeals process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to regain access to the account. According to other users it is typical to receive an auto response denying the appeal only for the account to be reactivated after the appeal is actually reviewed by a human. In my opinion this process is not transparent and I honestly don’t know if the appeal is still being reviewed or if it was legitimately denied. Given the percentage of profits that etsy takes and the lack of communication I have decided to move away from etsy. This decision was not made lightly. In the short time that I had been on the platform I had acquired around 90 etsy followers.

Today I am here to announce that I have created my own storefront. The new storefront went live a couple of days ago. The new storefront has allowed for multiple improvements and customization. Product descriptions now feature rich text, clickable links, and embedded videos. The new features have allowed for the product descriptions to be more detailed without having users navigate to a different website. I am excited to explore other areas to improve the experience further.

Since the start of this adventure I have used the following URL: https://TheScavengersHutt.com/. Previously when you visited the URL it would simply redirect the user to the etsy storefront. Now the URL takes you directly to a website powered by shopify. All of that being said the URL remains the same. You can purchase the chassis at https://TheScavengersHutt.com/. I have updated my previous posts to ensure that any references to the etsy storefront have been removed.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but I believe that it is the best path forward. I have already seen an improvement in product descriptions that will provide a better user experience.
